The Top Velocity Team Training Membership offers a comprehensive introduction to Top Velocity training methods for teams. This program includes: Team-Based Training: An introduction to Top Velocity and its training techniques, tailored for teams. Team Size: Maximum of 12 players. Training Schedule: Two 1.5-hour training sessions per week with a certified Top Velocity instructor.
Monthly Price: $2,500 This membership provides your team with expert instruction and a structured training regimen to enhance overall performance and skills.

The Top Velocity Evaluation is designed as a structured evaluation and introduction program that demonstrates the effectiveness of the Top Velocity training system rather than serving as the training program itself. Its primary goals are to assess athletes through science-based testing, educate athletes and parents on biomechanics and performance development, and motivate them to continue into ongoing training programs.
-The clinic is a one-day format and includes pre-clinic preparation, athlete and parent education, physical performance testing, video motion analysis, and data-driven performance assessments.
-Evaluation Day follows a standardized process that measures strength, mobility, athletic performance, and throwing mechanics, culminating in individualized debriefs that provide athletes with clear benchmarks, performance insights, and a pathway for future development.
